Chang’ an University Signed Graduate Students "1 + 1 + 1" Dual-degree Joint

Recently, President Ma Jian of Chang’ an University and Walter K.Knorr , Auditor-General of University of Illinois Board of the American League, signed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) "1 + 1 + 1" dual-degree joint training agreement on behalf of the Chang' an University and the University of Illinois at Chicago.

According to the agreement, to promote educational and academic exchanges, both sides will carry out "1 + 1 + 1" joint training of graduate students in public management discipline on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, mutual cooperation and common development. The two sides will select outstanding students in Chang' an University. The students will study in Chang' an university during the first year and study in the University of Illinois at Chicago during the second year, then return to Chang' an University in the third year. The students who complete the required courses planed by both sides will obtain both master's degree of Chang' an University and University of Illinois at Chicago respectively.

University of Illinois at Chicago (called UIC), founded in 1982, is the largest public research university in Chicago. Its public management discipline ranks in the nation's 37 according American News and World Report and is in the first place within the State of Illinois.
