Chang'an University Signed Cooperation Agreements with Kyungpook National University

Recently, President Ma Jian of Chang’an University and President Dongchul Son of Kyungpook National University signed signed university cooperation agreements which include MOU and Student Exchange Agreements.

 

According to the agreement, to promote educational and academic exchanges, both sides will initiate cooperation and communication in the field of student exchange, cooperation in scientific research, joint seminars, establishment of information resource sharing mechanisms etc, establish and carry out a comprehensive, long-term and stable cooperative partnership on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, mutual cooperation and common development. In terms of student exchange cooperation, short-term exchange programs will be carried out specifically. The two sides will provide information and technique support for each other, and share resources and information in cooperation fields. The signing of the cooperation agreements will provide better opportunities and platforms for the common development of the two universities.

 

Kyungpook National University, located in Daegu, built in 1946, which enjoys "the highest comprehensive institution in the south of the Han River" in South Korea, is South Korea's second largest national university, Besides, it is also South Korea's current president Park Geun-hye’s father Park Chung-hee 's alma mater. Kyungpook National University is one of the few comprehensive universities in South Korea, with the possession of the largest electrical computer Institute and IT College.
