Chang’an University Signed Cooperation Agreements with Temple University

President Ma Jian of Chang’an University and President Nell D. Theobald of Temple University signed university cooperation agreements which include MOU, Dual Bachelor’s-Master’s Degree Agreements and Student Exchange Program Agreements.

According to the agreements, Chang’an University and Temple University will set up cooperation and exchange in the fields of joint-education, talent communication, scientific cooperation, faculty visit, and holding International Conference in order to strengthen the collaboration between two universities and improve the development of both parties. Dual Bachelor’s-Master’s Degree Program (3+1+1) and Student Exchange Program will be carried out. Both parties will provide relevant imformation and technoly support, and share resources and information in cooperative fields. The agreements will provide both parties better opportunities and platforms for development.

Temple University is an American comprehensive research university which was founded in 1884, and has ranked Top 100 in America in recent years. The University holds about 40,000 students. The major of Law ranks the first in America. Temple University awarded Mr. Deng Xiaoping doctor degree in Law in 1979. The cooperation higher education institutions of Temple University in China include Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology of China, Renmin University of China, Nankai University, Xiamen University and Southeast University.
