On the July 17th to 24th 2016, Invited by the Deputy President of Bryant University in the United States,the Deputy President of the University of Waterloo and the President of University of Prince Edward Island,the Deputy President Zhao Junhai paid a goodwill visit to these three universities .The directors of Office of International Cooperation and Exchange ,Jiang Zaiwen accompanied the visit.
During the visit to the Bryant University in the United States, the Executive Vice President, Glenn M.Sulmasy and the Vice President for International Affairs, Hong yang met the delegation of Chang’an University led by President Zhao Junhai, and warmly welcomed their visit .Then they gave a detailed introduction about the school history and the development situation of the Bryant University and the basic condition of the International cooperation and communication with other universities. They expressed their good wishes to carry out all-round cooperation with our university.
Vice President Zhao Junhai thanked for the hospitality of the Bryant University and gave a brief introduction to Chang’an University. He stressed that the Bryant University is a world-renown university of long history and professional characteristic. He hoped to take the opportunity of this visit and develop all-round substantial cooperation and communication with the Bryant University. The two sides exchanged ideas about student joint nurturing programs, visits of faculty, cooperation in research and information sharing, jointly building up laboratories , developing all-round substantial cooperation and communication and so on.
After the meeting, Vice President Zhao Junhai signed all-round cooperation agreement and exchanged agreement with the Vice President Hong yang.
During the visit to the University of Waterloo, the Vice President for International Affairs, Ian Rowlands met the delegation led by Vice President Zhao Junhai of Chang’an University, and warmly welcomed their visit and gave a brief introduction about the school . He said the University of Waterloo has carried out extensive cooperation and scientific research with Chang’an University and hope carry out all-round cooperation with our university and achieve win-win cooperation.
The Vice President Zhao Junhai thanked for the hospitality of the University of Waterloo and gave a brief introduction to Chang’an University from the university history ,disciplines distribution .These two universities reached a broad agreement about visits of faculty and students, cooperation in research and information sharing, jointly building up laboratories.
After the meeting, Vice President Zhao Junhai signed student joint nurturing agreement of related disciplines of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering ,School of Geological Engineering and Surveying and the School of Earth Science and Resources on the basis of the original undergraduate jointnurturingand exchanged agreement with the Vice President for International Affairs, Ian Rowlands
During the visit, Vice President Zhao Junhai had an informal discussion with Professor Jean Andrey ,the dean of School of Environment and some other professors and reached a broad agreement about student joint nurturing cooperation in research. The relevant person in charge of the international department of the Uiversity of Waterloo and project directors attended the activities

Gilmour met the delegation led by Vice President Zhao Junhai and warmly welcomed their visit and gave a brief introduction about the school . He hoped University of Prince Edward Island carry out extensive communication and cooperation.
The Vice President Zhao Junhai thanked for the hospitality of the University of Prince Edward Island and gave a brief introduction to Chang’an University from the university history ,disciplines distribution .These two universities carried on the thorough discussion about visits of faculty and students, cooperation in research and information sharing, jointly building up laboratories. The two sides agreed that two universities have similar disciplines and extensive cooperation foundation and cooperation between the two sides will further promote the development of both universities.

University of Prince Edward Island in 2015 by Canada Mclean Magazine University Ranking ranked as the top 10 of the basis universities.
