Recently, President Ma Jian of Chang’ an University and President Alistair Fitt of Oxford Brookes University signed MOU between the two Universities.
According to the agreement, in order to promote educational and academic exchanges, both sides will initiate cooperation and communication in the fields of faculty and student exchange, cooperation in scientific research on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, mutual cooperation and common development. In order to deepen cooperation in co-organizing international conferences, jointly establish engineering laboratories, both sides will establish and carry out a comprehensive, long-term and stable cooperative partnership. The signing of the cooperation agreement will provide better platforms for sharing resources, transferring information and cooperating research of the two universities.
Located in world-renown academic city of Oxford, Oxford Brookes University was founded in 1865. It ranked the 324thin the 2015-2016 QS World University Rankings. In total, Oxford Brookes University has more than 19,000 students. It has more than 2,500 faculties and staff members. There are 18% of international students.
